These terms cover text messages from Final Touch Installations about your service request.

What you'll receive

If you check the text-message box on our request form, we'll text you about your service request, including:

• your estimate

• scheduling and appointment updates

• questions or photo requests about the job

• invoices and payment links

• a feedback request after the job

We don't send marketing texts. Texts come from our business number, [business phone number].

Consent

Checking the box is how you agree to receive these texts. Consent to texts is not required to request service, and you can get everything by email instead. By checking the box, you confirm you're the account holder for the mobile number you gave us, or have permission to use it.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed and won't text you again unless you opt back in. To start again, check the text-message box the next time you submit a request, or contact us.

Carriers and Final Touch Installations are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We also send estimates, booking confirmations and invoices by email.
